52-54 Road Bike frame

Hi,

I'm looking for a cheap frame to commute on. Size will need to be 52-54 and it will also need to have Horizontal Dropouts as I will be running it singlespeed. I'm looking to pay up to £100.

Spacing: 100/126mm
Nice red candy colour with some chips, I would not paint it.
