Then again it was a shakedown run and I spent the rest of the day adjusting the front mech.
Pretty certain my hands pedaled the bike more today than my feet did.

83.7 miles with Wales playing this morning I had the quietest roads I've ever seen on the way out busy busy on the way back though

the joys of being a chef is that if i can escape from the missus and baby for long enough on monday i'll have an abandoned forest to play in all on my own! typically racking up a mere 8 miles a day on the commute but i won't do it at weekends, it just isn't safe enough!
