Any one know if there are 430mm rigid forks available not too expensive.......they all seem to be 420 / 440mm

They also make different rakes/offsets which is equally important, but I still contend a MTB used as a road bike will never come close to the handleing, ride and performance of a road bike so why waste your time dialing in slick tires on a MTB. Put a dress on a pig and it still is a pig.greenstiles":8abgdi59 said:steering ie turning is more precise with thin tires, so correct head angle is even more crucial. But i will be putting other tires on at different times.
Thanks everyone, still gonna look for a shorter fork.......
(that's why they make different lengths, because they all affect the bikes handling, other wise they would just make one length fork out there )
