wasn't lance (and i'm sure others) running an STI brifter on the right and a DT for the front rings to save weight?

Not sure he needed the weight saving, maybe it was for when he forgot his dose.

That would be one of Lances smaller offenses, but I am going to add it to his tally anyway.

My road bike is at about 7kg. I find that on the verge of being rather skittish & lively on some fast descents. This must be something else when at 40mph ish. I'd love to try it on a few local climbs though.
