29er Steel frame SS/geared

Looking for 29er frame for a SS build. Ideally steel a with adjustable/ swap able dropout to enable to frame also to be run with gears if required.

Must me in medium/small and in good condition. I already have an on-one so ideally something different.

I have a Ritchey P29er, size small/15". Frame is about 18 months old. Frame is in good condition - only a few typical paint scuffs expected from normal use. Looking for £375.
