there was a NOS Syncros post i think that was a 29.4mm in a shop I use to frequent in my old neighborhood. But this was in the summer and I've not been back since. I was debating picking it up at the time but didn't know what a 29.4mm would fit, if at all.

I may be in the area tomorrow and I'll pop in and have a look.

Mine had a Ti Syncros in it when I got it, but it's 29.8. Maybe the LE is 29.4?

Yeah... well.... OK mine's all Ti so it's an LE and it is 29.4. I ran a 27.2 McMahon Ti post with shim in mine the first five years. Then a prototype lightweight Kalloy post, now have a Syncros in there.
