I believe that history on this site has shown that if you are seeking 28H hubs either you should steal a bike that has them or go into retro production on your own unless you are willing to settle for modern day stuff.

But I think I do have two 28H White Industries fronts and maybe a pair or M960's.

I won't show you my 28H M950 hubs laced to my Mavic X517 rims then you might like them too much. At some point this year I will buy some more of the 28H M950 hubs. Shame they are so expensive.

Actually I do have a pair of M950 hubs NOS in theire box. Forgot about those. They have been on ebay for £210 so I would take a senisble offer but I will not give them away either.
