Wanted 28.6 Quill Stem with 28.6 clamp

Ideally black, around 120mm length and around 5 degree rise. Struggling to find one with with a 28.6 clamp.

Is that the Tioga specific over-size clamp/bar? I have these which are 31.8 clamp, you could shim? The right quill size, length and rise at least!

Thanks. I need it to fit a 1.25” headset. I think this one is a 1.125” fit sadly.
