The spesh tyres are tubeless ready , ie you need goop to seal the sidewalls but they have full ust beads on them , ran them succesfully for over a year on ghetto'd (gorrilla tape method) DTswisscheese 420sl's before getting full ust 819 rims , never had a problem getting them to pop on bead with a bit of soapy water but I do cheat and use a compressor for initial fitting , pullled loads of thorns out post ride but never had to do owt but put a bit more air in mid ride.
