I have a pair of 27.5" wheels, DT Swiss EX471 rims laced to "Superstar" disc hubs which I believe are just rebranded Novatech hubs, they are both QR but from some research I did a couple of years ago you can upgrade them to 12x142/15mm thru-axle's fairly easily. I had them setup tubeless as well.

May be a little out of budget though, as I'd like to get around £100 for them. Let me know if you'd like some pics.

Edit: I would also consider a trade for a large Alu disc gravel type frame in case you have one of those handy!
