Wanted 26 or 27.5 sus fork, 1 1/8 straight steerer, thru axle

I am doing something similar to an old orange full squish, just overhauling a straight steerer Marzocchi 66 rcv 2011 and lowering it to 160mm and although not confirmed it should fit a 27.5 2.5 but will easily fit a 27.5 2.35 with loads of clearance , I think similar era 55s should also be the same plus similar era fox 36’s should easy fit 27.5 2.3s
I ve also heard of people filling out 66s as the lowers and arch are very beefy and can easily shave a few mill in the right places safely

I d might try and squeeze a 27.5 on the rear at some point but the front derailleur might not clear but I am excited to see if the 27.5 up front makes much difference in roll over down the tech stuff

I have a Rock Shox Rev in VGC, currently on my safire but i have just recently got a pair of SIDS, i think they are 140m of travel, straight steerer obviously and 15mm thru axle...

DT Swiss XMM140 twinshot 26" with 1 1/8 straight steerer with RWS bolt thru. Immaculate stanchions, some crazing of the arch lacquer. Last serviced by TF tuned Inc the uprated air bladder thing.

I might be able to help. I have a set of reba 27.5 lowers which iirc are bolt through. I also have all the internals. I've also got a brand new CSU which is 1 1/8 straight. The only thing is, it's white, and lowers are black.

Putting it all together it would be practically a new fork, or at least a vgc, serviced used one.

If this might be of interest, let me know and I'll check what I've got and send some pics. It's not our of the question I have a black csu, as I went through a phase of buying various bits and bobs to have a healthy stash of spares for my bikes and forks as standards changed, and not wanting to have to replace bikes I enjoy owning due to parts becoming obsolete and hard to get.

You can get 1.5 tapered forks and have the steerer removed and replaced with
a new uncut approx 256mm 1 1/8th straight steerer fitted, a shim spacer is used
to take up the difference.
On some Fox forks in 26" wheel you can switch the lowers in there respective stanchion size
to 27.5 lowers with the 15mm TA, as the internals are the same size, length and only the TA ext position is
further out to allow 27.5 wheel.
Just be aware of bushing to stanchion sizing issues when swapping lowers with a CSU, but any suspension tech can sort this if you dont have the burnishing tools to DIY.

I do also have a set of 26 inch solo air rebas which are in vgc and could transplant 27.5 lowers and internals. Would still be white csu and black lower legs.
