26 inch aero wheels or 650c

not concerned with Tubs or clinchers , I already have a Roval tub front wheel available so I would consider a rear (disc?) only , for a Kestrel KM 40 build

I have a pair of "Aussie" branded 650c carbon deep section wheels in WA.....

Dura Ace hubs and bladed spokes. Rims about 40mm deep from memory...
