Wanted 26" Frameset Panasonic, Kuwahara and more

I am looking to replace my Panasonic MC 3500 that I currently have built has a commuter for a better quality frameset.
What I wish for:
-Double eyelet fork dropout
-Lugged frame
-Good quality tubing ( Tange, Ishiwata, etc )
-Size M/L ( 46 to 51cm seat tube )
-No U brake, V Brake only
Could consider to buy a modern rigid fork if you only have the frame for sale

So I am looking for something like a Panasonic MC 6500 or more, Bridgestone MB2 or 3, Kuwahara Cheetah, Koga Miyata, Muddy Fox etc
Open for proposition too
