26" Chrome wheel set 'Sachs Maillard'?

These chrome wheels came on a project bike. Lots of surface rust, but no chrome missing from what I can tell.

Rear hub doesn't spin, front one is quite rough.

Front hub is marked 'Sachs Maillard' and the rims are marked 'Van Schothorst'

Need to get rid of them, am I sitting on a gold mine or a pile of rubbish or something in between? Anybody recognise these?

Van Schothorst is a Dutch steel manufacturer in Barneveld? that still makes rims.
They used to make them for Solex, they made several things like handlebars etc.

Not a gold mine. I'd karma or give them to a bike charity shop. Freewheel is probably the most valuable thing.
