Just got a 99 rock lobster team tig for a good price so building my first mtb. Love the look of both quill stems and segmented style forks so hoping to incorporate those elements into a drop bar build. Steerer should be 1 1/8” and the head tube measures 115mm in height so looking for a threaded fork with about 150mm steer tube length?
Also looking for a quill stem with decent rise but not too much reach for drops.
Again I’m new to this so open to advice even though this thread probably isn’t the place?
