25" + 531st cantilever touring frame

Anybody got a 531st frame and possibly forks 25" or bigger size with cantilever mounts, as im looking to build a new touring bike. Really want to stick to 700c.

Would also consider whole bike if necessary, although i have most parts off my old one.

Dawes galaxy etc would be brill. Not worried about cosmetic condition as i can refinish myself. As long as its mechanically sound.
