My son wants to get into MTBs after years on BMXs and I'd like to sort him out with a decent bike that will last for a while. He's tried a 13" Trek 3700 and it's borderline. 24" wheels would help with his confidence but I'm wondering how/if V-Brakes will work/have enough adjustment?
On my Zaskar the front pads are at the top of the slot, so look like they would have enough adjustment, but the rear pads are in the middle of the slot, so look like they won't. :?
