Wanted 21" Frame what have you got for £100?

Desperately needing a frame now so I can put my bits and pieces (missus) on it.
Obviously, high end as poss for the money. Some pointers:

Canti bosses
1" head preferred
Wishbone, just for aesthetics
Eyelets for panniers
Sloping top tube

Must be something out there
I'm in Merseyside, but can travel to collect or I'll arrange a courier

there's this rather different 21" tall red nishiki pinnacle frame laying around in my place. toptube (61cm!) and downtube have a pyramid shape on top and a curve underneath. they called it naad hardcore design made from 7005 alloy. frame provides rack mounts and has not much wear all over. thinking of 90€ (incl. seat post and clamp) plus parceling as i have no plans for it. this makes sure, you're in a dialog at each red traffic light suits your search size wise, but neither steel nor monostay....

Nice that, reminds me a bit of the early Pace frames. Going with a Roberts at the mo from Longun.
