2015 Paris-Brest-Paris 1200km randonnée.

Re:

As Neil says, Chapeau!
I agree that my words would be a disservice to your accomplishments on this ride.
Truly epic and I think we should petition the mods to instigate a one time 'legend of the month' title.
Now rest well :)

Re:

It seems that I've already had a visit from the Audax branch of MIB and plans are afoot to enter The Wild Atlantic Way, which is the latest offering from Audax Ireland and is pencilled in for 2016.

Thanks for following the thread and your messages of support, it's been nice to read them during idle moments on the ride.

The legs don't feel too bad and I can negotiate both up and down stairs without looking like I've just shat my pants.
More later, as I'm off to the airport after an epic journey yesterday afternoon/night through the heart of Paris and London by bike, for extra value from my tourist dollar.

Re:

I also did PBP 2015 on a classic bike. My choice was my trusted Koga Miyata Grantourer, a '87 model.
Got round with some time in hand but not too much. Some time soon I'll post a serious report.

Well done also Ivo :)
I for one would really like to read your report.
Cheers and again, well done

Jamie

Re:

Good to see there are some hard cyclists still about.
1200k is a dam good ride in under 90hrs .
good stuff

Well done Ivo, we didn't get a chance to have a chat at the velodrome afterwards.....'til next time.

Here's a PBP style roadside repair.
