2013 Six Nations slanging match thread.

Didn't expect that, thought Wales would probably win but Ireland had more than an answer to everything Wales threw at them.

Right, I've got to find something else to do for the next couple of hours.
This isn't going to be pleasant.

I suspect the best thing to do is to get outside a bottle of single malt.

Oh, and Liam Williams needs citing for that cheap shot after Ireland's final try. Dirty, cheating little scumbag.

As you put it, just saying...

"Dirty cheating little scumbag"..?

Not a football supporter by any chance..?

IRELAND IRELAND!!!!

Just saying .......

Healy had another great match as did the Norn Irish Rory Best. Wales were outplayed in every aspect of the game.

Good luck Scotland and Mr Hamilton, sir.

I wish, I need to be able to drive, my daughter might need picked up from Edinburgh later.

Cleaned my bike after last night's mudfest in Blairadam in preparation for the Baltic Bawbags run tomorrow.
Jeez it took less than half an hour so saw the first English try. Click went the channel. Think I'll watch the figure skating instead, jeez nooo  , can't believe  that's classed as a "sport". Thank eff the luge is on.

Not really (a lifelong Middlesbrough affliction). Nor am I a fan of deliberately putting your elbow through somebody's head when they are on the ground whilst scoring a try. Nasty, cowardly, cheap shot that deserves to be punished by a citing and a ban of at least a game.

Well that was a much more satisfactory days rugby, normal service resumed :D

I thought O'mahony(hope i spelt that right) was outstanding today.
For me George North is a wasted talent on, or anywhere near the wing, he should be carrying the ball in the midfield for club and country(especially club!!)

I thought England were good today, as they were last week.
Still not convinced by Nowell, but only time will tell.
Farrell was a little lax with his passing today.
Conditions were poor for both kickers, but having the ability to adapt and overcome can be the difference between victory and defeat, just ask Ireland :D

Hadn't expected Ireland to win, thought a Wales win was a foregone conclusion.

Also had expected and feared an absolute hammering from the English but, although 20-nowt was bad enough at least it wasn't the 50+ scoreline that seemed likely to be the outcome.
