EDIT: THIS HAS NOW BEEN SOLD
Hi folks,
Up for sale is my 2011 Kona Cindercone, 18 inch.
more info here: http://2011.konaworld.com/bike.cfm?content=cinder_cone
It hasn't seen much use and is in very good condition, a few of the parts have been changed out for lighter/better performance ones.
the original spec is a mix of Shimano SLX/Alivio 3x9 speed, Avid Juicy 3 brakes, Kona components and Rockshox Recon TK 100mm forks.
It’s now more of a Deore/slx group with alivio shifters and front mech
Pedals not included
added upgrades:
Deore brakes (1/2 finger lever)
Falcrum wheel set with a nice clicky rear hub
FSA carbon seat post
Truvativ bars
Deore crankset with external BB
SLX cassette
Schwalbe smart sam tyres
it was a £899 bike back in 2011, yeah I appreciate its not everyones up of tea but I'm going to ask for £325 or sensible offer, Id break it down if I could sell the frame first as the rest would be easy to shift on.
Located in Salisbury.
Only snags are the front tyre has a few cracks in it but I’d say it’s not unsafe by any means and the 9th gear on the back skips a bit, probably just needs a tune up.
