Wow, serious machine that is, I like it! A lot.
Your modern bike is just like your retro stable,
Kalle Nicolai learned his trade welding frames for Horst Leitner's AMP and he turns stock plate tube and bar into these incredible frames plus machining waste. I'm not envious I'm not ... who am I kidding, I want one! Can I have mine in blue please.
I love the concept of a 12,5 kg capable trailbike with 150mm travel front and rear. Mine is based on an 07 Carbon Enduro SL and shares wheels, forks and gears with yours. I do have a set of sturdy wheels and a Maverick adjustable post for those Alpine holidays.
Now all I need is for Holland to grow some proper mountains ..... right

Going back to the AMP thing I read somewhere that it was actually Kalle Nicolai who dreamed up the Horst link but sold the concept and now has to pay Specialized to use his own design on his bikes... must be frustrating!

Almost 4h ride today and it is a great bike! Never believed that difference for my former Turner 5 Spot would be this big.
