2007 Reba Race motion control cartridge lower seal size

Hello

My son and i just bought a set of these forks with remote lock out - which doesn't work. All else is fine.

My suspicion is the lower seal on the damper control unit.

Please can anyone tell me the correct size of this seal? I would like to avoid buying a full service kit if i can!

The lockout failure is usually down to oil levels. You may just get away with topping up or replacing the oil. If there are no visible leaks I'd do that first.

I've serviced a lot of these forks in my time, I may have a few spare bits if you find you need any.

The biggest issue with these forks is that the damper can/will develop a leak out through the damper dial. It's not a big deal and can be resolved with a very tiny o-ring. I've often doubled up on it just to be on the safe side. Oddly I've not seen it mentioned in service or rebuild guides.
