2007 Orange Clockwork Ltd Edition - decal measurement needed please

Hi - I'm just about to put together one of these 2007 Limited Edition Clockworks. It has a missing decal on the downtube I'd like to reproduce. I can estimate the size but if anyone has one of these & could let me know the diameter in millimeters I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

The decal has a small clear area around it,including this it is 49mm from top to bottom and roughly the same side to side although it doesn’t look it when bent around the tube.Height of the printed part is 46mm.You’re welcome.
