Pretty cool coincidence that the date of this thread is also when I picked up my 2005 top fuel 110!

Any chance you can put me in touch with Sue Skeggs? My pivot bolts and whatnot fell out and I have no idea where they are! šŸ˜…

Hi mate.

Sue_Skeggs@trekbikes.com

Looks like the bolt hole on your rocker link is ovalized. Mine was the same so I replaced it with the alloy version: eBay link

If you ask Sue she may be able to get you a replacement carbon rocker link plate. Part number 221502M

Part numbers and diagram on page one of this thread.

Good luck šŸ‘

That is lovely. Reminds me of a Dangerholm build.

Ive just binged the full thread and wow. I had to put a hat on so I can take it off for you.
Some amazing work and impressive skills, engineering and art colliding beautifully.
I think Dangerholm would be pleased if someone told him his work was very Mikey08 šŸ‘

Im a huge fan of Dangerholm so that is a huge compliment, thanks. The whole project took about 2 years from when I first got the frame and started collecting parts. Theres a few minor details to sort out before spring when the weather improves and I can look forward to using it in anger.

I really like your Kona projects mate, love a old steel kona restomod. Had a couple of Cindercones back in the day, one modded with Hope Minis. I want another one to build up as a stealth street fighter commuter bike.

Itā€™ll be good to see some photos of it being used although even iā€™m worried about it getting scratched lol.
Thanks for the compliment on mine, Iā€™m starting to look for the next project before finishing the current one, itā€™s addictive.
A stealth street fighter Cinder coneā€¦.i canā€™t wait to see that. Hurry up Iā€™m not as patient as you lol
