2003 Mavic Crossmax ceramic question

Hi all I have a pair of 03 Crossmax ceramic V brake rims for UST Tubeless only. I wanted to know if it's possible to use conventional tubes with this rim? I have no idea how to remove the tubeless valve from the rim, and the label on the rim says 'for use with tubeless UST tyres only' so am I only supposed to use UST tyres then with sealant?. If I get a flat whilst riding I wont be able to use a tube as well

I ran similar UST 04 Crossmax SL ceramics with tubes without issue,I never fitted the UST valve.You shouldnt have a problem running tubes.

Thanks, Mavic said it's fine to use tubes but the valves were tricky to get out but eventually got it done
