Still a bit of work to do on her.....

Going to give some Sram a go on this build.....X9 Shifters with a X7 Mid Cage on the rear......

But yes the result is to have a lightweight Cross Country ride from this.....

Maybe keep the white cables and bottle cage.

just noticed the syncros bits are off.

did you replace them with carbon?

The Syncros bits ended up on my 94 zaskar......will try the black grips and saddle to see how it looks.....
