2002 Vuelta Espana Team GIANT ONCE Eroski replica

...here is my 2003s Giant TCR Team ONCE Replica. It has been equipped with 10-speed Camapgnolo Record
Campagnolo's Neutron tubulars with Hutchinson tyres and the famous Mike Burrows Giant Aero seatpostike

In 2002 they used for TdF a "golden version of Giant TCR" - your bike has been for my opinion from 2000/2001

Refer my info such a bike was the last ONCE Team bike. In 2004 they named the Team into Liberty Seguros and they rode BH-Bikes
With such a Giant TCR Joseba Beloki crashed at TdF an the young Alberto Contador won his first stage at Tour de Pologne

BH bikes that looked suspiciously like rebranded Giant bikes IIRC.
I wonder if they were.. I have a spare Burrows seatpost if anyone is looking for one. ;)

I think 2004s BH-Bikes looks very similar on the Team-pic ... but are they are really rebranded Giants?
I do not think so :? But Manolo Saiz was good for everything :D

Re:

IIRC the team were using Giant frames like yours Gridno, but in blue where the yellow is, for a short period. Before gettingthe BH ones. I'm open to correction on that though. The gold Giants looked classy, with carbon Record and gold cable outers and bolts etc.
Yes, you can certainly trust Manolo!

Oops my mistake. They were black and gold  but still classy.

This is a couple of Giants I'm in the process of finishing. I'm 100% sure that the T-Moible is NOT a team bike a it's an ALUXX-SL Frame but it does have a carbon rear triangle & forks. NB Missing its head badge if anyone has one? All DuraAce 7800 10 Speed.
The ONCE one is from 1997 with the unusual 2 number tag brackets!! Its all 9 Speed Record parts. NB I'm not using the Shamal wheels but Record hubs on Mavic rims when my 300 DT SS DB spokes finally turn up as I still need to build the front wheel on the T-Mobile bike as well.

The Once bike looks great! Think I prefer the colours to the 1999-2000 one I had.
Not so keen on the T Mobile colours though. I think the Burrows seatpost phase had come and gone by then
