The idea is to built with Italian fork and Brakes... I'm searching for a pair of formula...

Why not an Italian seat post ? FRM or PMP? And an Italian stem?

So I've decided to Assemble the frame with some early 2000s components...

That's nice! Good choice all round even though the Italian project changed!
