2002 Giant Team DH. Built from scratch

Looking good, what is the shifting like though on to the dinner plate on the rear?

You sticking with the semi slicks for urban assault?

Good build fella

that'd be awesome to shred stairs and terrorize pedestrians! hookworms are fun, gives it a really supermoto look, especially without the fork guards.

Always liked the Upside down forks. They look good.
The hookworms are great if a little heavy, though not too much of a worry because I won't be going up any sort of climb on it

The short cage XTR mech gets it onto that big cog really well, took my time to get it set up so it shifts good through all the gears.

To be honest it prob won't see too many descents as I hung up my body armour long ago. It was an interesting build to do.

If you search around you can pick up decent frames and forks for very little money. I'm building up a Giant Glory next with another set of Shivers.

Need to find a frame to go with my old Mr Dirts (preferably Giant)

happy days

I have my eye on a Kona with R/S Boxxers at a silly price at the minute ( I wouldn't mind that being a project for around town, something a bit diff to the norm )

However I already have 4 bikes so I don't really want to aggravate the misses any more than I am doing ha ha

Re:

I too have four bikes, pls three more awaiting some TLC.

My new rotor and braided hose turned up this week, so should get this one all buttoned up pretty quickly.
