Evening all,
I bought this as a summer road bike but it’s far too small for me. Asking what I paid £600 delivered and insured to UK addresses, will post overseas at cost but will need to get a quote for wherever you are first.
Trek 9.8 2001 OCLV fancy carbon 17.5” frame. (8 out of 10)
Sid SL front forks, (8 out of 10)
XTR m952 cranks (7 out of 10),
XTR m952 brakes (near mint),
XTR m952 front mech (near mint)
SRAM 9.0SL brake levers and grip shift. (8 out of 10)
SRAM carbon XO rear mech. (7 out of 10)
ITM millenium stem and seatpin
Odyssey bear trap pedals/
Schwinn saddle.
The wheels don’t seem to be branded.
The bike has a few scrapes and scuffs but nothing major. There is paint rub where the head tube badge should be, maybe the last owner took it off but would be covered over by a new one. The frame is completely crack free and ready to serve you well over the summer months.
Would consider px for a hardtail 19” frame minimum tho, ideally you have another of these a couple of sizes too big for you!
Will split but would rather sell as a whole first so will leave it a week or so before parts come up. Message on here any interest and will be on a first come first serve basis.
