2000 Trek VRX 200

Looking for some help. I am new to this world of old bikes. My old man has a 2000 Trek VRX 200 sitting in his garage that has probably been ridden about a dozen times (still has the original tyres). He's looking at selling the bike due to ill health.

Simple question. What's it worth?
