You have got to fit some front brakes though.

With a bit of ingenuity you could run some brake hose or cable through the top cap and down the steerer...

I bought one of these in a dinky size for my other half years ago but mine got polished.

They're solid little bikes and are more or less the original Chute frame which was massively popular when it first cane out.
