20" Saracen Race Elite e-stay.

Not sure how to price this and I'll be guided by those more in the know than me.

It's a 1988 Tange frameset model in Black and it's pristine; it's like new. I have seen a few of these in my time but only in a small size and never a black one.

Only thing I can see that's not original are the shifters/brake levers combo. They're later and the pull isn't quite right for the cantis that are on it.

It was dry stored since 1989 so I'm puzzled as to why the shifters have been swapped out for later ones.

Just had all new inner and outer cables throughout.

It’s a 92 or 93 mate, no earlier than that. These frames are popular and the tyres worth a few quid but the groupset is low rent so £150 would be my guess, as long as you find the right buyer.

I thought the frame number being 4882 DO3 meant it was 1998.

I just hope it goes to someone that can appreciate the condition and actually use it.

I think £150 is about right even though I've seen basket cases going for that.

I'll list it tomorrow at £180 and see where it goes !
