They're Elite Patao bottle cages from the early 2000's.
It might be worth measuring the internal width of these as the original versions were 66mm internal diameter and Elite produced a specific bottle to fit that was 66mm diameter. They made a later version that was 74mm internal so that any bottle would fit.
