Too many bikes means that I must part with something, and as this has been my workhorse / training bike for the past 18 month, it is about time it had a slightly easier life.

The frame is 56cm and is a very late 853 frameset. These frames were also used to make the R700, which was the complete bike. The 853 was sold as a frameset, and this one was most likely sold to a factory employee as some of the QA stickers are missing.

The frame is sound, but well used, and I had new downtube decals made, from scans of an original. I also added the Reynolds 853 decal.

Finish is pearl white, with yellow / orange flames, it is all original, but well worn, although there are no dents or dinks.

Fork is 1 inch threaded and seat tube is 27.0mm.

Looking for £200 inc P&P in the UK. I will send to Europe, but I will need to get a quote for postage.

PRICE DROP £150

Re:

Similar design, different material.

Mine has a K serial number, making it 1999 / 2000 and Bikemeister2000 has confirmed it was made in the last year of RSP production in Nottingham.

I've not seen an alloy one before, although I have seen something very similar with Waugh decals on it. Intriguing.

I've 'spoken' to Bikemeister2000 about mine, and I'm not sure if it's titanium or not...

The forks I have with it are identical to yours though

Re:

Just measured the frame properly, and having thought it was 56cm sq it turns out to be 56 c to t, seat tube and 54 c to c top tube.
