As per previous conversations with those with a keen interest in this immense retro bike. Herewith my 1999? K2 Proflex 4000.
Sadly life took over shortly after purchase (family, work etc) and she was only used sparing since aquiring her sound 2001/2002 from Dales Cycles Glasgow.
As she has not been that used most of the marks are from lazy use and storage rather than impact abuse (sadly).
The bike will need a service. I’d recommend new cables for brakes and gears. A new chain would probably also be advisable. The rear v brake rubber boot seems a bit perished in line with age.
The bike is all original obvs I have added the crud guard, whale tail and cat eye.
I’ve not tested the noolen active shock. To be honest I mostly rode her without a battery.
The bike is in Glasgow. Happy to get the work done locally first or it’s sold as seen. Naturally the price would reflect this.

I think I’m accordance with site rules ads require a price. I have no idea on what that should be but to comply and as a start point given the crap you can buy at Halfords for the same money I’ll place £500 on her. Please do not argue over this price on the sale thread. If you are interested please advise and we can take it from there.
I think the frame size may be Large. I’ve added some clumsy pics with a tape measure. Let me know if more or better measurements are required.
