I've got a cannondale killer v with f300 decals frame says 1999 head badge says 2000 its all original paint gold ish I found a 2000 f300 non killer v frame its the same spec as mine was I'm so confused

They don't seem to have made killer v's in '99...well acording to bikepedia, so take that as you will.
Did you buy it new? If not then could have been repainted/decaled.
Otherwise could be they did a batch during 99 (can you tell if it's an early one), maybe for warranty, then after they decided they weren't doing them any more and just decaled them up as f300 and got rid of them as 2000 stock.
Hypothetically speaking

Re:

Hi its definitely all original paint and decals just on wrong frame ? I've seen a picture of my bike as a proper f300 its same colour and spec , its very odd they would do a killer v and f300 the same except frame shape and badged the same I can't find a killer v like mine but its on the 2000 cannondale brochure

SO your'e saying your bike is in the 2000 catalogue? and called a f300? Then I'd say its just old stock they were running out.

Then I'd say my first answer (and second) they had a bunch of frames left over and did a runout of them, old warrenty frames.
When my mate discovered his 'dale was bent, they replaced the frame, btu his had been 1inch headtube, the replacement was 1-1/4, when that frame went south and they replaced that one, they no longer did 1-1/4 and he had to wait an age while they (australia) sourced a correct old warrenty spec frame from the US. So they stocked old warrenty frames, but at some point they will need to get rid of them somehow...none of his frames came with any model designations, so it'd be a matter of sticker and topcoat and out the door.
This is all my guess though.

Didnt the small sizes of the standard F' models come with the killer v frame configuration?

Is it a small?

^^ This would be my guess ^^
