1998 Raleigh M Trax 350 Elite - Rare RSP team issue model

Recent rebuilt and update - I have since done a few trips out and its super - Everything is in perfect working order (New Chain and cassette)

Frame is made from 7005-T6 heat treated Aluminium

New items for rebuild;

Rock Shox XC28 TK Coil forks with lockout (2015 model)

Panaracer 2.1 Fire XC tyres and inner tubes

FSA Orbit headset

BBB skyscraper 400mm seatpost

Fizik Arirone saddle

All new Jagwire cables and outter cables - both brakes and gears

Many new stainless bolts

Mavic rims X221

LX/XT/STX groupset

No pedals

Currently no branding on the bike, I have the original Raleigh badge which can go back onto the headtube. I also have photos of the bike pre build and with all the original stickers etc.

Located Ripon, North Yorkshire

Since rebuilding I have done around 100 miles on it - lots of fun.

I have spent close to £200 on the rebuild parts and think the asking price of £250 is pretty fair!

Nice, I thought the M Trax 350 Elite was the Reynolds framed one and this Alu one was the RSP 350?
Correct me if I'm wrong (any original pics?)

Hey,

thanks for the interest - you could be right as I only know a limited amount, found one identical that was also rebuild down as an elite but it could be an RSP as you say. Some photos prior to the rebuild; (Seat post took six hours to cut out!)

I didn't know there was an Elite Alu range
And looking closely the RSP is very different - different welding and forming all over .
