1998 Proflex K2

I know next to nothing about swing arm frames, but this proflex is almost too cheap to ignore. I'm thinking of using it as a base for an off road ebike. Carbon arm, all seems in order, RST 120mm shock.

Thoughts?

Now you need a set of Girvin front forks to match it in full K2 4000 (Proflex) Spec... (and it was made 1999...)
