Looks like a Paul Chain Keeper to me (seat tube mounted)

Good ol' Paul tube mount. I have the BB mount version too. Great and simple.

very clean, and i kinda like it with the profiles. Maybe go single speed with those cranks though? And the radial front lacing is a nice touch.

Yep love this, especially with the Profiles. I also have an Avid Saago stem but it's a little too long for me. Shame as it looks really trick.
