1997 Saracen Kili Flyer Comp

Bit of a garage find... I'm looking to sell on this bike to fund some new cyclo cross racing wheels

It's a 1997 model, 853 frame in bright powdercoated yellow

The majority is original spec...full LX groupset, gear train and brakes
Saddle and seat pin
Front wheel - mavic 217 on LX hub
ritchey SPD pedals
ritchey handlebars

The front forks are Rockshock Judy SL, these may well have been an upgrade around the point of purchase as they seem the right vintage

These items aren't original

Stem
Seat collar
Rear wheel ( although it's still an LX hub, but a year later I think)
Tyres... It currently has slicks....

The powdercoated is in good shape, not completely free of scratches, but good for its age, everything else seems mechanically in good shape

Looking around £180 shipped.....let me know if I'm way off the mark

Frame size isn't marked on the frame, but measures 17.5" from the BB center to the top of the seat tube (a little higher than the dropped top tube)...i reckon that must be the 17" frame size listed in the catalogue

If the one I has was "bigger" (and I can't recall its size), then I may be interested! While I try to compare, could you tell me virtual top tube and c b/b to top of saddle distance as set up in photos? This was my red one (sold in a fit of silliness!)

Im pretty sure its smaller than the one in the picture mate

heres a couple of measurements

Actual BB centre to TT centre 400mm/15.75"
Virtual BB centre to centre of horizontal toptube line 520mm/20.5"
Actual Top tube length c/c 550mm/21.75"

Looking at the catalogue (linked above) , Saracen say that they measure their frames from BB centre to centre of actual top tube...id guess this makes the frame a 15.5" as listed...and they say thats suitable for someone with an inside leg measurement of 25 to 32"

Im 6ft tall, 32" inside leg, and id say its only just on the small side for me

Ive found some decent tyres for it (still not original, but better) and a near vintage stem...the original ForceLite bars are back on
