My old Orange rejuvinated for 2011!

1996 XT drivetrain with DX thumbies and Middleburn rings 22 32 46.
1997 XT V-brakes.
Mavic 177 rims on XT Parallax rear and Real front.
Pace RC30 forks.
Orange Clockwork, originally slime green but now powdercoat silver.
Syncros stem and RC sub 130 bars with Cane Creek aheadset and Aomeba head lock.
Ringle post and Flite saddle.
DX spd's.

22 1/2 lbs and tight as a drum!

Thanks, I was going for the no-frills useable look.
I may cange the bolts and bars to black to be honest, had the idea of purple as a kind of retro touch but I am liking the silver and black thing!

That's a really good looking ride, nice work .
Very understated compared with the original Slime green :!:.
Tyres look great to me, gum/skin walls are what it could have had fitted BITD :?:.

My Alu O is in a very similar matt silver - as it came from the factory. Makes a pleasant change to the more obvious colour schemes - chapeau!

As an aside, I am particularly impressed by the matching "Clockwork" track pump!! :?:
