Understood. I would really like to re-home the bike and didn’t have luck finding a local buyer willing to pay what it’s probably worth in the past.
Time to let it go.
You've really underpriced this. Personally, I'd pull the post and have a rethink
Understood. I want to re-home the merlin & haven’t found a Seattle area
Agreed, Merlin is the pinnacle of ti builders, and the parts spec is good. I wouldn't sell that for less than 1K.
Would love any suggestions for finding a buyer who knows the value?

As I've commented on a few sale posts, it seem as if bikes have to be almost given-away, even what were top-quality machines such as this that are still perfectly usable in the face of disc brakes, wide tyres etc.

That said, I agree with all the others in that it is worth far more than $250. Maybe ask $995 (sounds better than $1000) and add 'Seattle WA' to the title (not sure if the latter will help with searches but it's worth a go). I assume you've tried local selling platforms e.g. FB Marketplace etc?

Lovely bike, stick it out for the right buyer (and price).

Good luck.

Agreed, market is very soft, but these aren't exactly growing on trees. Obviously a small frame, so as stated above, be patient and the right buyer will show up. If I was closer I'd probably buy it just to hang it on my wall and admire it.
