1997 GT Zaskar value

I bought this Zaskar from Canada but after riding it I didn't like it, mostly the frame size and length of top tube.
I wanted a Zaskar since I first saw an ad for one in a '95/'96 MBA magazine.
Frame is 18"
Forks are Judy SL.
Front rim was replaced with a different Mavic rim to original and built up with blue nipples.
I fitted a black Kore stem to replace the non branded stem it had.
I fitted an Azonic 2" riser bar to replace the non branded riser bar it had.
I removed the cranks, chain, cassette and derailleurs and degreased them.
I replaced the V brakes with a cleaner set I had.
I replaced the rotten Michelin Wildgripper tyres with a set of WTB Velocirator tyres.

Bad bits are 2 slight dents in top tube and decals look their age but I have a new decal set that looks to be a perfect match for the originals.

Two years ago when retrobikes were making better money I only got 180 for a 19" ano red 1997 zaskar with full xt and marzocchi z2s.

I'd imagine that yours would be worth more for being a 18" but that is more than lost with the dents.

If you offer postage and a good description should make £200 but at the top end. Depends how bad the dents and dings are.
