my first thought was dekerf but i also knew it wasn't a dekerf if that makes sense, someone will say what it is in a minute and i'll be really embarrassed that i didn't know.

wild guesses, ibis? offroad toad?

This frame was advertised as being Specialized with a dollar cent in the frame?!?!? That's why it got my attention!
Contact the seller and bought the frame...
According to the seller his father bought it from a former Specialized team member who had this made for him in the States. Think he put Specialized decals on it, because of his sponsor! Will try to get more information....
