Good to hear yours is coming on then!

As for grips, I've had a few from memory: ODI Attack, Yeti Speed grips, Oury and currently On One Half Bob lock on. If you're using a flat bar then ODI's are the best I'd say, for a riser get some lock on's as somehow 'normal' grips looks odd on risers I think!
