I should get extra points for using them!
Actually the Sram setup has given me no problems, the only thing I don't like though is having to tweek the front mech a little with the shifter to make sure the chain isn't scraping it. I remember having to do that when I originally had them on the Dome, but you do get used to it.
As for the USE sprung post, I like the idea but have never liked the look of them, otherwise I would be all over one Mike. Brooks next.
