Shame this one isnt a 20". Most I guess would love to have an original paint. But original paint gives you that "do i restore" dillema. At least decision has already been made for you with this white paint. Would personally love to do a hommage to an original, but in brand new colours.

I think the 853 Hots had 853 stays as well as main tubes, I'm not 100% sure on that, but I think I remember reading it on here in a post by Anthony I believe.

My '98 Hot had an 853 bi ovalised down tube, It was lighter than my '98 Explosif by nearly half a pound so seemingly a much lighter 853 tube set. The down tube felt as thin as eggshell.
