I've always liked the look of Klein frames but never really cared for many of their paint jobs. I love this in BRG - I was thinking of going with this colour on one of my projects

As for the saddle, regardless of what you do, level it out.

As for the seat QR, rotate it upwards so it's not closed against the frame. So when you want to adjust, you don't need to squeeze your fingers in there to pry it loose.

You put forth a good amount of effort with that build and photos. Might as well and try to get all the little details right.

Nice bike, but for the love of god... fix that saddle, align those tire logos and valve stem, and get that seat QR right

-Saddle might be broken, have to take a look at it,

-how should the QR be right? I'm right handed, this is for me the easiest way to use it....

Fantastic work! Looks like its doing 30mph standing still. Goes to show the beauty in these bikes is deeper than just colorful paint.
